In each month's experience, Happy Hour Philly buys out the entire restaurant and gives you dinner at a lower price than if you went on your own as well as personal one-on-one access to the Chef. Dinner consists of a full course, prix fixe meal personally chosen by the Chef. Price is all inclusive and covers dinner, taxes and gratuity.

Beets with fennel, citrus, candied sunflower seeds
Grilled chicken wings, bbq dry rub, blue cheese
Second course:
Zucchette, roasted squash, brown butter, sage
Pork belly with guajillo flatbread, shredded cabbage, pineapple hot sauce, and pickled red onion
Third course:
Basque style cheesecake with blueberry ginger syrup
Ember baked pear tart, brown sugar sour cream
The cuisine at Ember & Ash is driven and inspired by the seasonal bounty sourced from local farmers and purveyors, cooked over our custom-built wood burning hearth. Our thoughtfully curated food and beverage programs focus on utilizing all parts of our ingredients to reduce waste and promote sustainability.
